If you have trouble with login, please try resetting your password. To do so follow these 5 steps: 


  1. Go to the Login Page
  2. Click: Lost Password
  3. Enter the email address you used to create the account.
  4. Check your email inbox, and click the link in the email you received to reset your password.

Enter a new password twice and you will be redirected to your account.


NOT RECEIVING THE PASSWORD RESET EMAIL?

  • Check your junk/spam folders.
  • Check you entered the correct username/email address for your Covcell account.

RESET LINK NOT WORKING?


  1. Try the above steps again.
  2. From the email, open the password reset link in a different browser, or a private/incognito window.


Tip: For security, password reset links become invalid once used. If you don't succeed in resetting your password, resubmit the password reset page to get a new link.
