Unfortunately, when the payment processing company declines a transaction on behalf of your bank or card issuer, it does not tell us why. 

We suggest two solutions:

  1. Pay using a PayPal account-you will have immediate access to your courses. Here is how.
  2. Contact us to receive a link to pay through your Amazon account. 

If it doesn't work, please get in touch with your bank or card issuer to find out the specific reason your card was declined. They are declining the transaction, not us.

Our payment processor is Stripe and it has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe makes use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
