When you pay for a purchase on our website and receive the message “Failed payment”, this means that our system was not able to charge your credit card.
So, even if you tried to pay 2 or 3 times and you got the “failed payment” message, your credit card was NOT charged.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence the payment process.
We suggest two solutions:
- Pay using a PayPal account-you will have immediate access to your courses. Here is how.
- Contact us to receive a link to pay through your Amazon account.
Subscription Failed Payments
When your subscription payment fails, your account will be suspended.
Our system will retry failed payments three times within the next seven days.
If it still doesn’t work, your subscription will be canceled, and your account will be removed.
